Can't rest at rest sites relic also causes can't recall at rest sites

I played as the Defect and got the relic that gives extra energy but prevents you from smithing at rest sites (Fusion Hammer, I think?). But it also prevented me from recalling the key fragments (or what they're called) at rest sites, so my super-strong defect had to take a nap after the level 3 boss. :-(

No, I wasn't aware of that. Every other game I've played, I could recall what I needed, so I didn't notice if it was only one colour.
