Slay the Spire
Game does not start up
When I run the game, it does not start up. Nothing happens, the game does not launch and then quit, it just does not start up at all. I have tried the following things:
1) Verifying local files integrity.
2) Uninstalling and reinstalling.
3) Installing in a new hard drive.
4) Disabling Steam Cloud and deleting Preferences folder.
5) Starting the game in troubleshooting mode.
6) Switching between beta and normal branches.

None of the above worked. The troubleshoot log only shows "TEST: 60true" and nothing else.
I have been able to run this game with no problem before but then this started happening roughly one week or so ago. Can I please get some help? I see a lot of people with similar issues in this forum and no resolution or response from devs.

My troubleshouter has a problem with a file called lib/rt.jar that seems to have not installed right.

Updated Java, uninstalled and reinstalled, still getting this: rror occurred during initialization of VM
java/lang/ClassNotFoundException: error in opening JAR file <Zip file open error> F:\Steam Library \steamapps\common\SlayTheSpire\jre\lib\rt.jar

I have the same issue with my laptop computer. It is running windows 7 x32 and graphics are very low-end. I installed and played the game with another computer of local internet cafe. It is running window 10 x64 and graphics are very high-end due to PUBG's high demands. And I played the game without any issues the whole time. I think if your PC is not good enough(mine is very old), that could be the major problem.

Slightly different issue than what we're getting. Your's boots up then crashes. Ours can't even run to boot up or crash.

I'm having the same problem. None of the troubleshooting steps in the FAQ helped. Also tried installing on different drives. Troubleshoot.bat returns "TEST: 60true" and closes.
