Unceasing Top funny behavior with empty deck

So I was playing Stalwart and, with a Dark Embrace in play, did the Double Tap + Fiend Fire thing, which exhausted my entire deck (0 in discard pile, 0 in draw pile). The top animation just plays continuously until I end turn.

I came to report this bug as it happens i had the same thing happen ,when i ended my turn,it wouldnt draw any cards for me.All i could do was watch them attack me and keep ending my turn with nothing to play.Luckily i had thorns on and i managed to survive with 8 health left, and when i won it solved the issue.It was a combo of Double tap+ Dark Emrace,Fiend fire and the Spinning Top relic.It would have been an insane combo to be able to pull off too.I was doing todays daily challenge. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/912422544767437040/171E4085CE32D08E7AA4808298E580D13E5E3577/
