I did not receive a relic when giving the Gold Idol to the Forgotten Altar event

I was the Silent, 21st floor.

I came across the Forgotten Altar event and saw that the first option offered a Relic, if I was willing to give up my gold Altar. I accepted this option, but I was not given a Relic afterward.

Did I misread the first option, mayhaps it stated that there was a % chance of receiving a relic?

That's odd- I can take a quick look to make sure it's working right.

I also thought initially I didn't get anything, but I believe it just transforms the Golden Idol into the Bloody Idol. This was indicated in the event text, but didn't pop up in a clear manner until I looked over my relic list. Maybe that is also what happened to Horrow?

That's possibly what happened. I was looking at the far right of the relics (Since that's where new ones appear) and didn't notice anything new. Rip me.
