Its pretty self explanatory. You need to get a killing blow on either Decu or Donu (one of the act 3 bosses) using the ironclad card "Feed".

Just Donu. And sometimes, you just fulfill the conditions by accident.

Ironclad has a "Feed" card, and one of the A3 bosses is (literally) a walking doughnut. It's a fun little requirement that people are unlikely to get by accident. Just don't make the mistake of exhausting your "Feed" on the triangle (Deca). Gotta nibble that delicious green Donu instead.

I actually did fulfill the conditions, completely on accident, this past month, and if I hadn't already gotten the achievement several years ago, that would have unlocked it for me.

It's certainly not impossible — just "unlikely" — given that it requires a specific hero, a specific card (that exhausts), a specific A3 boss, and a killing blow with that card on said specific foe.

I've fulfilled the achievement conditions (for fun) numerous times after acquiring it the first time (whenever I happen to reach Deca/Donu as Ironclad with Feed), thanks to the power of hindsight. However, someone who doesn't know may exhaust it early or incorrectly at that moment just to get it out of the way, never thinking to 'eat' the doughnut as a killing blow.

Again, it's just a fun little requirement that people are unlikely to achieve by accident, though I don't doubt that a few people have done exactly that over the years.
