Was Coffee Dripper removed as an Act1 Boss reward?

I never see this relic anymore. It was my favorite of the bonus energy relics.
I suppose I can understand its increased rarity as it is the obvious, least detrimental, bonus energy relic.

I'm just saying. I miss it.

No, it still shows up in Act 1. You've just had some weird luck. Sadly, though, one relic they DID do something like that to, which they really shouldn't have, was making Ectoplasm not show up at the end of Act 2. You can apparently only get it in Act 1 or a starting relic trade.

This is an interesting opinion. I think that coffee dripper isn't broken as you say it is, since it is reliant on a deck already haveing a consistent defensive strategy. If that doesn't come together soon after or before the relic is taken, the player will run into some trouble.

Coffee Dripper does provide defensive utility in the form of +1 energy.
