I have had a couple mobile-specific issues, but some of them seem to have been improved and others have easy workarounds. When it first came out I had issues with cards 'sticking' if I hovered a card then decided I didn't want to use it, it wouldn't go back into my hand, but that got a lot better at some point. It's still easier to misclick or play the wrong card or something than it is on PC, but that's to be expected on a smaller screen with less precise input.
The other biggest issue I had was after I beat a run and skipped the credits, the main menu would say continue and abandon run instead of new run. Continuing would put me back at ineffectually hitting the heart and seeing my score, and both instances of "wins" would be logged in my run history, so I have dozens of fake duplicate runs logged in there. It also took a while to load certain screens like going back to the main menu after a run. Both of these issues were fixed when I permanently disabled the 'google play services' I think it was, that popped up every time I started the game with a name, icon, and level I had apparently been earning somehow. I think its supposed to do cloud saves and has some social features and stuff, but I never used it, so I went into it and said to never activate on STS, and both these issues suddenly went away. It seems it had trouble connecting to or updating this service, though maybe other's experience will differ in that regard.
