When I say Snecko is good, I am not saying every deck ever always wants Snecko. If OP had only said "Don't take Snecko when you have Runic" we'd be having a very different conversation right now, but that obviously wasn't the point of this thread.
You take snecko + runic and blame snecko for being bad. Wow. Take literally any other relic at that point, IDGAF if it's dome + broken crown and both are bad for you, there is no worse pick than snecko at that point.
People that are undoubtedly much much better at the game than you stronger disagree with your assessment of snecko, what does that tell you?
I also have a lot of experience with the game, (All 4 A20s, and I have A20'd a modded character just for the extra meme) and the card I tend to play (Silent) typically becomes actively worse with Snecko (73% of her cards are 0-1 costs, so they all have a 50/75% of becoming actively worse to play cost and effectiveness wise). So I would have a very obvious bias against the relic that gives RNG that has a good amount of odds to screw me over. If I was Ironclad, I would tend to take this relic, and in fact this relic is what caused me to win the "one relic" achievement. So I know it has its moments, it's just typically a downgrade for Silent who already gains the benefits of a lot of draw for cheap cards.
Some people hate it, some people overhype it Praise Sneko

Oi, but it's not beaten without heart kill!
Pretty much this. Act 4 is part of the game at that point, failing to kill heart is a failed run.
Heart is not unbalanced it just requires some scaling damage and good damage mitigation, something you should be able to get in 3 full acts of gathering cards and relics.
It's a SP game after all so you do you... but calling heart unbalanced is just copium.
Heart is probably the most straightforward boss in the game. You just need to be able to block both multihits and large hits and scale to kill him within as few turns as possible. He has no power gained on strength gimmick, no statuses outside of the turn 1 debilitate, no countdown for cards played, nothing. Just damage and tons of it. So you build for being able to take a lot of hits and kill as fast as possible. That's it, really. He's essentially a dps / vibe check.
