Snecko Eye is the worst boss relic in the game

It's decent for decks with high energy cost cards. I barely ever take it though. I tend to like less RNG.

It causes the average cost of your cards to be 1.5, while drawing 2 more cards, therefore you should draft any 2+ cost cards that you need and pull removes on 0/1 cost cards.

Its just a minmaxing relic for niche decks, best enjoyed with meteor strike.

Are you trying to use it with a Shiv deck?
Snecko eye is very strong with high cost decks like Ironchad. If I'm using him I grab it every time.

This. There's top players that take Sneko from time to time, it's one of those relics that can be very good given the correct deck/artifact combo.

The tiny house, now that thing sucks.

Also as said above, Snekko is actually REALLY good in the right circumstances. I LOVE seeing it as a starting relic with the swap your starting gift on chad, or building chunky high cost decks with it effectively lowering my card costs overall. Sure, it's not a guaranteed improvement every draw for every card, but odds are it'll balance itself out if you built your deck around it moving forward.

Tiny house could be made great if it had one single change: It will upgrade a card at random but NOT one of your starter cards.

It's not that great tbh. I suppose if your deck has nothing but super high energy cost cards the odds are in your favor. But even then the relic creates a dice roll on the cost of every card you draw and I don't like adding more RNG to my game, even if the odds are in my favor in a high energy cost deck.

It's not that it's bad, it's just a boss relic that requires you to know what you're doing. Kinda like Runic Dome, but not nearly to that degree. As for Tiny House, the upgrade shouldn't be random at all, imo. This is a boss relic, it should have a little more going for it.
