Remeber keep calm and praise Nuffle.
People have a hard time dealing with randomness, the fact you have already got it twice has no impact on getting it a third time. If you flip a coin for long enough you will get a string of 100 heads/tails, it's still random and the chance of the 101st result of head/tail is still 1/2.
Throwing a dice and getting a 1, has not the same odds as throwing 3 dices and getting all three times a 1.
Though is remains still much more likely than winning in the lottery I guess.
And I'm not having a go at you.
With the Silent you can justify it simply due to the fact that the Serpent Ring can be replaced by the backpack relic (I forgot the name), which basically does the same thing.
But the Burning Blood is a really good starting item on the Ironclad, so I don't see why you'd risk trading it for one of the potentially more punishing Boss Relics
Boss pool is kinda small. And since that blessing is only really good on the Silent (Burning Blood is the shiz) 4 out of 20 can REALLY screw you over. 6 if you count Calling Bell or Snecko eye.
The other 4 are Ectoplasm, Philo Stone, and Runic Dome, Velvet Choker. All of them but Velvet Choker suck in general, but Choker makes my Ironclad runs hum
