Xbox app sucks... how do i mod...

Quick question tho i doubt i find the answer here xD,
Is there any way to Mod Slay the Spire on the Xbox app my friend and i got the pass and we wanna play it together but the App seems to Not like Modding...
i also could only find the Mods as Workshop items on steam and not as Standalones which means even if i DO figure out how to Mod i still wouldnt have the Mods.

i just wanna buy the game on steam now that i know i like it, but he doesnt have the Money for it xD
