Is there any way to play StS with only keyboard?
I forgot to bring my mouse FeelsBadMan

Assistance Mode is available on most operating systems. I'm assuming Windows here, so hit that Windows key and type "mouse key" and the option should jump to "Control mouse pointer with keyboard", if not, use the arrow keys to navigate to it and hit Enter.
To navigate the menu, hit Tab until the switch for Enable is highlighted, then hit Enter again.

You can now control the mouse using the numpad. 5 is left-click, 0 is right-click and the other numbers will navigate the pointer.

You are welcome!

edit: Oh, it also uses accelleration, as it is hard to get precision with keys, so at first it may seem like it's not moving at all. You need to hold the key down for a bit. A bit tricky to get used to. You want the speed and accelleration turned WAAAAY up.

You can also enable Ctrl and Shift mode, which will let you hold Ctrl to speed up even more or Shift to slow down for even better precision.

Your numpad can simulate mouse inputs via the mouse keys feature.

Fiddle with the settings until it's bearable.

When you think about it, it would be very straightforward to implement keyboard-only controls in Slay the Spire, and it definitely would have been done in the past. What we learn is that living in the future isn't always good.

we need a key to work as "confirm" button :( (like when you must choose which card to discard)

Competitive games draw jerks. That's just how it is.

What's funny is that the leaderboard is full of cheaters so I'm not sure what the point in being competitive is lol.

What's really funny is that this is a single player game where none of your actions have any effects on the other players, so I'm not sure it's competitive at all. The leaderboard is the closest thing to "competition" you ever get, and that's for a randomized, augmented, daily fun-run, not the main game.
