LoadLibrary failed with error 87

The game worked for me couple months ago, decided to play again and now it doesnt work. I get the "LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect" after 1-2 mins after I try to open the game. I tried reinstalling, even reinstalled my video driver. still same issue.

Tried searching for similiar issue, but apparently nobody had it with this game, and the solutions for other programs don't work.
Would appreciate some help, really want to play this game again.

Okay I figured it out, it was the video card driver, I just had to install a different one.
