These are daze, which automatically removes themselves if you have them in your hand at the end of turn
Wound, which is just unplayable junk
Burn, which is just like a wound except you take 2 damage at the end of the turn
Slimed, which can be removed by paying 1 energy.
If you have Evolve in play, you will draw one (or two if upgraded) card(s) whenever you draw one of these - essentially allowing you to still have a hand with cards you can actually use even when drawing this junk.
