"Fast Mode"
If you haven't discovered this option in game settings yet I highly suggest trying it out. The game goes way faster. It's a little disturbing at first but then it really helps with the tedium of starting over.

I also like selecting "disable confirmation when choosing one card"

Best thing followed by using 1~0 keys to select cards. Game flows way faster with those 2 combined. (Sorry bad english e.e)

I had trouble with that - you push 1~0 and then...you still have to click with the mouse? I can't find a keyboard only way to do it.
