Thoughts on Slime Boss
I like to use The Silent and I focus on poison. While fighting the Slime Boss I thought, Why isn't this dude immune to poison or any of the slimes for that matter.. Perhaps make them immune?:pandastunned:

I'd like to ask the other way around... why would they be immune?

Indeed, that's a puzzling suggestion. I see no reason to make them immune to poison.

Besides, balance-wise, the fight is already detrimental enough to poison users. Poison does not carry over after a split, so it's removed multiple times.

The only uphand poison has on slime boss is if you can set him up for 51% of his hp, stacked with poison, next turn wail on him with any damage you can do + poison tick makes for 2 low health splits, otherwise yeah.... poison has a downhand on slime boss :P

It's a question, @Weiglgasse, historically speaking almost all Oozes,Jellies, Slimes or Puddings have had some type of poison resistance or immunity so thats why I asked.

I personally have not had an expierence that I found to be detrimental or underhanded using poison on any boss, perhaps I still might.

The Specimen helps with moving poisons so i haven't seen that as much of an issue either. It was an inquery with a mild nudge, if you will, to provoke discussion.:B1:

I don't mind at all that he isn't immune, but I see your point there

In games like this, balance is way more important than "but this is how it works in D&D". This isn't a tabletop RPG, this is a card game. As Tripoteur already said his splits make getting a big poison stack going hard and that's plenty enough.

I already find the Slime to be the hardest of the starting bosses. The others, I can usually fight with about 30hp left at the start of the fight, the slime almost always ends up dealing more damage than that to me.
So no reason to buff him.

A posion immunity would cripple a Silent that invested even midly into posion cards. One of the worse enemies for a posion Silent to face are cretures with artifacts as they mitgate the strength of her deck. This suggestion is a nightmare to Posion Silent. It doesn't just mitgate her strength it cancels it. The following cards would be useless: bouncing flask , deadly posion , envenom, Noxous fumes, vemonology they would have no effect on the a creature with posion immunity. Some other cards such as crippling posion and posion stab have otther effects besides posion, but would be rather lackluster without posion debuff. Making one enemy that could break a startegy doesn't sound that fun.

you could always add a poison resistance in that poison is reduced by 2 each turn (or whatever), it would make them flavorfully more resistant, but a heavy poison focused character would barely notice.

I like your idea alot better then immunity Frosty
