2 infinite shivs, 2 (1 armor per card used power), 1 (3 shiv drawing card thing), used +prepared to cycle the cost cards,
5 mana and top that doesn't stop = nearly endless draws for more shivs
And add Kunai with shiv spam.
Edit:
Killed them again. Silence w/ cloak and dagger spam + shuriken + Finisher carried me.
Taskmaster or orb fight was harder with this build.
Donu is named i assume for donut, after his shape, which means i assume Deca was supposed to be decahedron.
but it's not a decahedron, it's an octohedron! Deca should be Octo! lies and scandal!
in all seriousness, i just beat them last night with a perfect strike deck. i think i had 5 perfect strikes (upgraded) by the end, and along with the random other pommel strikes and twin strikes i think they were doing like 47 damage base. had a few relics that increased energy of course, so i could easily use expensive cards.
stopped reading at apotheosis. easily the best card in the entire game.
How are they one of the easier bosses exactly?
On how to beat them... Abuse your relics. I managed to oneshot both with Ironclad once by abusing Pen Bud, my recent Silent was even more ridiculous

Otherwise they're kind of straightforward. Just beat them earlier today with a rather ordinary deck. I had Barricade, two Flame Barriers, two Armaments+, two Madnesses, one Inflame and one Spot Weakness, a Heavy Blade, a Whirlwind and a bunch of other random junk. It was a pretty huge deck actually, 29 cards, because card removal is just too expensive. Four energy per turn.
Even a suboptimal deck like that did very well against them, I came nowhere close to dying.
More and more, I find that while specialized deck can let you easily obliterate anything that isn't a counter, the risk is just too great. Better to make a relatively generic deck.
....?
How. "By this time"?

edit: I started to win some games after watching his let's plays, the way he thinks/builds his strategies/synergies was very helpful for a card semi-noob like me.
