feed a common card: get nothing (spirit was not impressed)
feed a uncommon card: heal to max HP
feed a rare card: heal to max HP and get some max HP bonus
On my first turn / battle after picking it up I played "inflame". Now my "strike" card costs zero this turn. I'll see if I notice anything else.
Yup, same thing. When you play inflame it makes a card - strike, go to 0 energy cost. I'll see if other strength gaining cards / potions do the same thing.
edit: Tried it again. Played inflame. Now 1 of my other attack cards (wild strike) is zero energy.
Strength gains from Shuriken also triggers it.

tldr; When you have spirit poop, anytime you increase you strength, 1 random card costs zero energy for that turn only.
Flex and Jaxxed didn't do anything, so, haven't figured out exactly how it works yet.
Choose a card to remove from your deck. Depending on the rarity, you get these rewards:
Common: Heal 5 HP
Uncommon: Heal to max HP
Rare: Gain 10 max HP, heal to full
Curse: Gain Spirit Poop (useless relic, -1 score at end of run)
Basic: Nothing happens
you had mummy hand. when you play a power a random card costs zero. poop does nothing

You get a option to give him the spirit poop and get another Relic called Nloth's Gift(Triples the chance to get rare cards from monster fights).
