What do I do after I beat the heart?
Is there a fifth level or something?

No, that's it. Try to go for the World Record next. It's something like 12 A20 heart wins in a row or so...

World record is currently 9 wins in a row. You have to cycle through all the characters for it to count. Not just do Watcher, who has a higher win rate.

That's a... weird way to look at it.
I suppose what you intended to say was that the world record win streak for a cyclical character distribution is 9.
If I win 10 A20 heartwatcher runs in a row that is 100% most certainly a better win streak than 9.

Doesn't really matter how prestigious a record's category is. If it's not arbitrary and thus consistently replicable, it can be a category for a record of some description.

In speed running you see various recognized categories like "Any%" or essentially the opposite of "100% glitchless", and additions like "No healing" or randomizers with or without logic.

So, on topic, "Make your own fun."

She gets heart capable decks far more reliably than the other 3. Tell me, is it more meaningful to roll a 1 multiple times in a row on a d6 or getting heads multiple times in a row on a coin?

That's irrelevant. Win streak is win streak, and it means only exactly one thing. It does not care if you used a loaded die with all faces at 6.

If you only say win streak, it necessarily includes the watcher by default. If you want to exclude her, you need to specify that somehow. No way around it.

If you’re like me, achievement hunting!

There’s also trying to find new gimmicks and combos that probably wouldn’t work in a real game but “ha big damage gud”

And there’s always Ascensions, if you’re into that. It’s fine until like asc 18. Though I actually kinda like asc 19 Dona and Deca

Come on dude. AlI I said was that if you want to make up your own rules for something, in this case arbitrarily limit the watcher for winstreaks, you need to specify that you are doing so.

This is 100% praxis everywhere. Either you misinterpret what I'm saying or you are actually weird.

As someone without a stake in the matter, that's certainly how I would interpret it. Ten A20 heart kills with the Watcher is one of many possible legitimate ways to get ten A20 heart kills. If a subset of the community wants to aim for a more specific objective, that's fine, but it's on them to be clear about the narrower definition being used.

Counterpoint: in the context of explaining what the "world record" is, I think it's ok to articulate what is pretty much a known standard among the subcommunity that pays attention to such things as world records. It's also reasonable to assume that a world record would only be interested in the most demanding and the most fair configurations, which would tend to preclude all other configurations except for:
Difficulty:
-Ascension 20
-Act 4 clear
Equatability:
-Standard run
-No mods or cheat programs
-Even distribution between characters
-No save/reload exploiting

Fair point, context and standard.
The way it was presented here made me assume it to be completely arbitrary.
