Reaper problems
I noticed reaper not healing and found out it was using an artifact charge that prevented the healing

More like you were fighting spheric guardian, didn't deal unblocked damage, and some misunderstanding happened concerning its artifacts or your own.

reaper was the killing blow aka it dealt damage, about 20 to be specific.

Ok, now it sounds like this happened in act 3. Did you have mark of bloom?
