My question is really TIME INVESTED.
Unless people only play through once.
I've personally got ~250 hours in this game.
Got my first win in around ~1 hour.
Beat A20 at around ~100 hours.
100% achievement at around ~150 hours.
It'll probably vary a lot from person to person though. I've seen people complaining that it took them 20-30 runs to get their first win.
I'm at only 66 hours, but I'm not even close to finishing the game. I still have yet to beat act 4 and just barely hit ascension 10 with one class. I will definitely be playing a lot more.
I can easily see myself at 400 hours and still have things to do.
There is continue value in content with the ascension system which increases the difficulty with each level. There are also modifiers you can use to customize and make runs wacky or more difficult. Also the daily run where you can compete with others for high score on an identical run. The dailies always have randomized modifiers as well to keep it interesting.
edit : hmm ... make that almost 400 (398) omg ....
