Infinite combo?

I have problems with building infinite combo. Even if I start with "remove 2 cards" Neow bonus, visit lots of events removing cards, remove cards in every shop, don't add any cards except those needed to survive, I still end with 15+ cards.
So my question is either
1) is there a video with infinite combo construction? (I found just short videos where the combo is already present, not from the very beginning of the run).
2) should I avoid adding any cards except powers and those used for the combo? That means playing A0 I guess.

You should play more Watcher, she has several types of infinity - rushdown combo, Establishment+Meditate combo (with card drawing cards), Prostrates + card draw combo, Master Reality + Pray+ Combo. Here's the example of deca & donu being finished by rushdown loop:

I'd like to give a shoutout to runic pyramid in this discussion, if you're not using spinning top. As others have noted, Its rather hard to remove enough cards. Runic pyramid can help here by keeping another 5-8 unwanted extra cards in your hand so you can keep drawing the good stuff.

Yes, good point. It also makes so you don't need to draw many cards, 10 cards will naturally stay so having 10 cards in a deck will start the infinite.

I have just learned from my game that having all cards in your hand is not enough for infinite combo, you need a card in the draw. I had just a single Dropkick :(

You can use silent for an infinite cycle. She has a lot of cards to help facilitate this. Calculated gamble+, prepare(+), tactician(+), reflex(+). She also has a card like dropkick but for when the enemy has weak.

Probably not a good idea if you are trying to permacycle on a high ascension level, but I'll leave that up to you.

Pandora's Box glitch exists if you want to fast lane Infinite. Blows my mind nobody has mentioned this yet as it's a valid speedrun approach that could be utilized to achieve the Minimalist challenge with less grind.

Yes, I am trying infinite combo at A20, otherwise it feels like grinding.

Purity is super ez win ironclad, he has many exhaust cards, including one that lets you draw for even faster exhausting

I don't go for achievements. It is fun when it happens, but I don't do anything special to get them.
