Shivs are added into your hand, so it wouldn't activate.
Given how rare it is to see a Shiv+ it would be fun if some sort of Rare power card or artifact that granted you those as an upgrade, though.
I mean, they're +7 instead of +4 damage, right? Then it would basically be a more limited Hidden Blade.

Neat, if a wee bit on the limited side.
That card is so darn finicky to get the most out of, though.
...Although come to think about it, it and the Spinning Top sounds like they'd be nasty. Now there's an idea.
In case you do try an SoS+ card in a shiv deck, don't play your potential other shivs before playing SoS+ though, as it will of course upgrade those as well. ;)
