beta card art unlocked?

This is what i get, but how can i see this? wheres is it? what is it?

You have to enable the beta card art per card, so for example, if you wanted to enable the silent's Defend beta art, you could view the details of that card, then check the beta art box, in the same way you'd view the card's upgraded version

Now, am I still able to view the beta art if my game is modded, or is that not possible?

I know this is a bit of a necro, but just in case anyone else has this question: My game is modded and I can see the beta art just fine. I can imagine that there could be mods that would conflict with beta art, but I don't know of any.
