Ascension 20 question

I just unlocked ascension 20 for the first time and the new modifier is "double boss". What exactly does that entail? I haven't noticed anything different about the bosses so far.

Havent reached ascension 20 yet but from what I've seen on streams, you get to face 2 act 3 bosses back to back.

That is correct; you face an additional act 3 boss as "floor 51". It is randomly chosen from the two that you haven't faced.

Yea, I ended up having an insane run and the idea of that happening completely left my mind. Second boss showed up and I nearly had a damn heart attack. Luckily my deck was insane and managed to do it without any issues.

Before you ask, yes, pantograph god tier for this.

I had pantograph on my previous run but got destroyed by an elite before I got to experience it. Honestly not sure if I’ll ever do ascension 20 runs again. It’s a bit too ridiculous. I’m just happy to say I could do it at least once.

I'm at Ascension 19 and I feel this really intense need to finish 20 with at least 1 character but it feels like I'm banging my head on a brick wall.

Youtubers make it look so easy :'(

Yea, I felt the same way at ascension 19. It actually took me twice as long to do 19 than 20 for some reason. I would just find a strategy that you know you can make it with and try to force the build as much as possible. While throwing in some strong cards that don't neccesarily synergize but are good on the merit of dealing with certain things that otherwise would be very difficult to handle on ascension.
