Power card can only be played once in each battle

Is it a new feature I did not notice, or a bug that power cards can only be played once in each battle. Once I play a power card it is simply gone. It is not in my discard pile as expected, and it's not in the expunge pile or draw pile either.

Powers have always been a one time play per card, at least to my knowledge.

Yeah, you play it once and its icon goes under your healthbar indicating that you have that power. Its always been that way

Notice animation difference:
Power literally fly inside your character, while attacks/skills go to your discard pile.

Pretty sure the first time you see a power a tutorial comes up explaining this. Powers are permanent upgrades, and would be some of the most busted cards in existence if you could replay them forever.

Hmmm... Looking at that tip, it does not actually say that power can only be played once.
It always seemed intuitive to me, but the game doesn't really explain it.

Its extremely busted even without replaying it.. Getting even one early makes it so much easier..
