Higher percentages (curses, loot/gold/elite event on corpse), trade more hp (but not % of max hp?) for stuff and potion seller might slap you silly (that actually ended one of my run, damn you muscle memory!!!!).
That's pretty much all there is to A15 iirc.

And one potion less in the lab, less gold yield on a handful of events, eg on the golden shrine or the nest, and higher prizes (Act 1 cleric now wants 75 gold for purify).

I know that others are unfavorable. Maybe this ones arent touch because they are realy situational. I can surely say so about bites but apperitions seen to be always good despite me not liking them.

Time will tell. The 25 vs 75% | upgrade vs relic event was replaced by warped tongs for example.
