There is immense replay value. Each run is about 45-60 minutes, and each run plays out differently. I have 140 hours and I am still very much entertained

Since you don't choose your deck, it has lots of replay value as you try to figure out what cards work well, what order to play cards in for maximum effect, etc. RNG helps and hinders you a lot. Sometimes you get great card choices/relics, sometimes you're chum, but it's always entertaining.

The big difference between Binding of Isaac and this game, is that you have a lot more choice in what Cards you get. While Relics (like the various power up items of Binding of Isaac) are largely unchoosable barring a few stores, your cards are much more selectable. Generally, you'll want to collect cards either based on what cards you get to begin with, or on what relics you just happen to come across.

Last playthrough, I get relics that caused every Power card I play to cause another card to cost 0 for that turn, and another card that caused all of my Power cards to come pre-upgraded. I spammed the hell out of power cards that playthrough.

With Custom Mode it re-gained greatly. Now you can set your own challenges if you're not satisfied with the ones you get in daily quests.
