What is a "Post-Durian"?

I was doing an Endless run and encountered something called a "Post-Durian" which removes half of your max HP. It's shaped like a Durian, but searches on the internet for the term "Post-Durian" have turned up empty. Does anyone have any idea what it means?

Post-blight Durian. All the + Max HP fruits are relics from before the Spireblight (I believe it's mentioned in some of their descriptions).

Apparently Durians have a strong taste that most people don't like, so after you eat them (Post meaning after) you feel worse.

People tend to hate the *smell* but like the taste (much like Stinky Tofu). I've only had it once, but it smelled like paint thinner, but tasted fairly decent, like pudding.
