Like Neowth says at the start: "Risk... Reward..."
Distraction is one of my favorite cards and I've never drawn one of the unplayable cards. I just like the 0-cost cards to add some spice to the deck. A quick gamble every combat.
I would like it too, if I didn't draw so many unplayable cards. Looks like 2 out of about 30 skill cards are unplayable. It seemed like it was happening more often than that, it definitely happened several times in just one game. I don't know how you could play many games with multiple Distraction cards and not have it happen even once. But even a 7% chance of not being able to use Spinning Top, not being able to play Masterful Stab, etc., is pretty painful.
