Or maybe I had the right deck the two times I encountered it.
Then again, I would say the gremlin Nob deserve a boss status whenever I encounter it with Silent.
Also the awakenend is a joke as a final boss. All of them are actually. Donut bros are annoying with a defence deck but not unbeatable.
The 2 orb elite fight can be harder the the boss if you fight it early in act 3 ...

I discuss Nemisis in this thread.
Dude the key phrase is "early in act 3"
I don't like backseat but jeeze there's a huge difference between the start of act three and the end in terms of run quality. Two orb fight is the easiest of the three act three elites and are far easier than Donu/Decu and Time Eater.
I agree that the Awakened one fight is too easy. I think the enemy is fine and is threatening enough for a end of game boss. It's the starting enemies being slow and the transform being slow is the issue. Maybe he should have one bird man for each phase rather than two at the start; the curious buff already slows you down at the start, and extra speed bump for phase two would make the idle turn from the awakened not as much as a snores-vile.
As for krampus' point, I disagree on all the bosses being a joke. I believe the time eater is really tough as he hits very hard, can cancel combo turns with his ability and the heal can be a real pain if you try to burn him down. The consistent 30 - 40 dmg per turn and ramping up can take a huge toll on your health pool if you can't block for about 20 a turn while still doing good amounts of damage. The awakened is very weak though, and donu and the other guy aren't too bad either.
I bested him only once with a fair bit of luck (loads of dmg on rounds I needed to have them).
Give him intangible at all times with 20 hp (for example) but right now his deck is probably too powerful (or make him indeed a final boss)
