Explosive: 8 DMG to ALL (normally 10 DMG to ALL)
Regen: 3 HP, 4 Turns (normally 3 HP, 5 Turns)
Swiftness: Draw 2 (normally Draw 3)
Weakness: 2 Weakness (normally 3 Weakness)
Think it's 11. But yeah, prior to that Ascension tier, sure, I'd grab a Dex Potion if I had spare gold. Post potion nerf when it only gives 1 Dex, though, not a chance. Only potion I'd ever buy in A11+ is Artifact Potion for the Frail in Act 2 and that's only if I haven't picked up a Panacea, which I usually end up doing on IC if I have the chance for Flex synergy and as a counter to all the game's nasty debuffs.
If you think your deck will be fine soon, but actually it's not that good, you should buy some potions for survive.
