I could translate game to Serbian/Croatian/Montenegrian/Bosnian/ etc... its same language with small diference.... like Milk on Serbian is Mleko on Croatiian is Mlijeko... could translate game for roughly 16milion population. done on dota2 on my personal script for my younger brother. if u like to provide me with file location where i can change text content. later i gona upload translated version to you and if u re cool with it upload it in next game patch. i think i can be done in 5 days... anyway u got nothing to loose as u can dump work on me and when its done u can find some1 who speak same language as me to reviev it... hope i gona get some kind of response. we were talking other day via Facebook nick was Младен Симовић.

It's great that you want to help! There is a channel in the discord for Serbian translations, and another for Croatian-Serbian (check under the Localization channel category) I'm sure they'd be happy for the help.
