Well, that unless you run into the book-of-stabbing.
'Takes so long to warm up' if you get lucky. Chances are, he *can* take several turns till he casts Hex. (Longest I've seen is about 3 turns before casting Hex.) But thats if you're lucky, otherwise, he casts Hex on the first turn and it completely ruins your ability to buff up without flooding your deck with Dazed cards.
I don't think he's any more challenging that Gremlin Nob or the other bosses. They each can be a royal ass-pain if you meet them at the wrong time, but Chosen isn't some weird outlier.

Hey, where did they say that their working on ACT 3 content?, I'd like to read it. (Oh I just had a thought, why not bump the Chosen to Act 3 instead, lol)
I kinda like that idea of moving the Chosen to Act 3 instead of keep him in 2.
