However, rather important to either upgrade and/or combo with Burst etc, or to finish fights quickly; or else you might not have any Apparition left by the time there's a Dark Echo or Execution.
I did the event once and all I got was bad draws (almost all the apiritian cards in one hand 3;)
Hopefully the next time I see it will be more enjoyable.
Also, I love the cute Homestuck image of yours. I couldn't help but take notice, I'm sorry. >w<
It's fun that it stacks, but the issue with that is that against certain enemies, some of them debuff once or twice inbetween attacks, making stacking a bit wasteful and useless.
I got 3 of them in one hand the last time I took the event, and only 1 of them I got to upgrade. It was against the Chosen though, which really sucked, due to the switching back and forth between debuff and attack. I did get Runic Pyramid in the same run, too! Which made it easier once I got most of the apiritions upgraded.
Hopefully the next time I get the apiritions, I have a better deck ready to go.
I didn't bother stacking them given the chance because it was more important to kill stuff faster. That's probably the kind of deck that benefits the most from this event anyway, or any deck that is rather slow to get going. Either way, helped immensely against DnD.
Didn't upgrade them either btw because I had some discard synergy, meaning I could sometimes discard excess Apparitions. I imagine they're quite ridiculous with Burst.
Question: If you use Setup on Apparition, then use Nightmare on the Apparition, will the duplicate Apparitions have zero cost?
My bet is on yes, based on how everything else gets copied over too.
This is why we need some sort of custom mode, or even Steam Workshop for one. xD
