How is Leaderboard Score Calculated?

Does someone know the mathematical formula? Have the developers shared it? If they haven't shared a methametical formula, what's the conecept behind how the score is calculated? Thanks.

Enemies Killed, Bosses Defeated, Floors Climbed, Ascension level, there are several factors, finish a game and you can see each factor.

I beat the game with Ironclad and I see my score in the 'past runs' menu, which shows my relics etc., but it doesn't break down my score into its components....where is the score breakdown exactly?

Unfortunately you can only see that after you beat a run with a deck and that's pretty much the only time you get to see it. Basically you get a certain amount of points for killing enemies, floor bonus and bosses. And then there are certain special condition bonuses like having 5 curses in your deck, having at least 35 cards etc.
