Inflame vs. Footwork vs. Defragment
Which of the three is the most impactful for their character? I feel like defragment seems to make frost orbs a lot better, and footwork its nice for basic defends. Inflame seems good for limit break and also twin strike or sword boomerang.

frag > foot > flame

3+1*n > 2 > 2 but it's str not dex

Edit:
Two are like "You see it, you pick it."
The other not so much. Guess which.

Inflame is by far the worst. On Ironclad, you've got much better ways to scale up Strength like Brutality+Rupture or Demon Form, and these scale round-to-round. The Silent and Defect don't have unique ways to accumulate their respective cards passively, so you have to rely on Defrag/Consume/Biased Cognition for the Defect and whatever for the Silent (I don't play Silent).

Hey OP, why Inflame? Why not Demon Form or Limit Break+ or even Flex+?

Defragment is the most impactful, most notably with frost orb, which provide the consistent defense The Defect desperately needs in hallway fights.

Inflame because its the ironclads equivilent to Defragment and footwork

Defrag completely changes the viability of the Defect's channeled orbs so it's the strongest.

Footwork greatly enhances a Silent's ability to gain insane armour or just barely enough to survive while doing all the deeps so it's really good but hardly critical.

Inflame is maybe the worst strength gain mechanic an Ironclad has unless you specifically only want 2/3 strength and to then have the card out of your deck for thinning reasons but even then Demon Form does that but better albeit at a higher cost. So basically it's kind of rubbish.

With limit break you need a starter for strenght, and inflame it's better than flex or spot weakness.
Flex need an artifact or need to played in same turn, spot weakness is situational

Just FYI, play Flex+ with Limit Break, you will only lose 4 strength, gain a total of 8 and have 4 of that after your turn.

yeah but you need to play flex and limit break in the same turn, otherwise streght will reset, flex as starter is good if you have a short deck or secret tecnique.
