Unable to alt-tab on Mac

When I set the game to full-screen, I'm unable to cmd-tab out of the game.

Unfortunately, if I don't set it to full-screen, I can't see the card tooltips.

This is an issue for me too. I’ve taken to using the web browser on my smartphone when I want to consult something while playing on the laptop. It’s nonideal.

have you tried running the game in the like windowed fullscreen mode? That might be a middleground to help?

Yep, I've tried this, but the dock still blocks the card tooltips.

Here's my workaround:

Windowed fullscreen, with dock and menubar both set to auto-hide. Granted, I use auto-hide on the dock at all times already.

I'd prefer if the game were patched to allow cmd-tab while in fullscreen. I'm playing the game on Mac OS 10.7 so I cannot hide the menubar, meaning full-screen windowed mode is not a reasonable workaround.

This is still an issue on Mac. I can't Alt+Tab if playing in Fullscreen mode. Windowed Fullscreen is not ideal since you still see the Mac menu bar and the game's title bar.

Depending on what you need to do outside the game, the Steam Overlay might be a workaround. Just Shift+Tab to open it up, and you can access a web browser in there (down at the bottom of the overlay).

I can’t alt tab either, I’ve tried some of the new engine betas and can alt tab but the game changes my screen resolution, I’ve sent an email to the support email I found and am hoping for a reply.
