How many levels of rarity are there for cards?
3 right? I'm color blind... so I want to make sure I'm not missing something.

Seems correct.

Not sure if it is rude to point out the colours or not, but I see:

Grey, which are presumably common

Light blue, which are presumably uncommon

Gold/yellow, which are rare.

-----

I suppose the different rarities should have more than just the colour of the inner border (ribbon??) different.
