Bottled Tornado

I've picked up the relic Bottled Tornado, but the only power I have is an upgraded After Image which means it's Innate. While you can pick the Innate power for the Bottled Tornado, it doesn't give you any benefit. This seems like a new problem that developed from the fact that there used to be a bug where you wouldn't get Bottle Tornado when you had no powers to pick.

Technically, it sort of punishes you for bottling something that's innate (because it can then no longer be removed traditionally and requires you to transform the card first).

In other words, don't always pick up bottles if you don't have anything worth bottling.

Bottles are the main relics I regularly skip. Most other relics are either so good that you can make them work or don't do anything that could negatively impact your deck. Starting hands are usually very limited in what you can have in them, so making a card innate can be a downside. If the card is already innate, bottling is a downside, although it usually won't matter.

Although thinking about it: if your only power card is bottled it won't show up for the "Falling" event, and if you need them for the deck it can maybe be a good thing to not have it show up there? I don't know.
