Mind Bloom event has no mention that Mark of the Bloom counts as a relic

I have been trying to get the single relic achievement, and got to the Mind Bloom event, accepted the "I am Awake" option, and then found myself with a Mark of the Bloom, which counts as a relic. The "I am Awake" option does NOT specify it gives you a relic, and it should.

As a side note, the "I am War" option, which states that it *does* give you a relic, actually gives you the *option* of obtaining it.

To be fair, it makes sense for that choice to give you a relic. To remind you that you have that effect. Same with the Jax event and it's Mutagenic Strength.

I like to use it if I did a critical misplay or just want to see if I could have done anything different to win a fight.
