Nightmare Bug ?

I try the lev 20 with silent, but on most of my game, nightmare doesn't work. I don't have 3 copy of the card choosed. I have none ....
Is this a known issue ?
Or maybe because some mod ? (fast mode, coloured map, coloured info)

You get them next turn. Also, if your hand is full (runic pyramid), excess copies get discarded.

Yes, but I never have them.
And my hand is far from being full, just 5 cards drawn.
As I said, I am now on ascension 20, so not totally noob with this game :)
But each time I tried Nighmare card, I just remember it working once. SO, I wonder if it is because of a mod (who are just very popular mods)

try slowing down the fast mod. i had similar issue with it when the setting is set too high
