I finally realised what "Infinite agony" is
If you had a deck of only five cards and two of which were "Infinite Agony" and "Calculated Gamble+" it would allow you to kill any monster with the exception of the time eater in one turn. Below I will explain how this trick works.
1] You draw your hand, "Calculated Gamble+" and "Infinite Agony."
2] Infinite agony creates a copy of itself, which you play for four damage to an enemy.
3] You then play Calculated Gamble+
4] Your two cards, Calculated Gamble+ and Infinite Agony go to your discard pile
5] With no cards in your draw pile your discard pile shuffles into your draw pile
6] Return to step 1 and repeat until all enemies on the field are defeated.

Also trying to remember does Calculated Gamble include itself in the draw? I think you only get one card. Could be wrong though.

Calculated Gamble can't draw itself.
It only moves to the discard pile after the draw/discard sequence, so it won't be drawn.
