Interaction between prepared and endless agony

So when you cast prepared as the last card in your hand the card you draw simply moves from your draw pile to your discard pile. I was wondering if you used prepared as your last card and you drew endless agony would it go into your hand and double itself or would it just move to the discard pile. IMO it should work as the former if it doesnt already.

Did a quick check for you:
It doubles itself, then you choose a card to discard (one of two agonies I guess).
