Nemesis is literally imposssible to defeat!
It's probably even more difficult than some bosses!

He's one of my favorite game wreckers. A close second is the Big Head.

I've been trying saving and loading like a thounsand times to kill him but I just cant. Probably he can be killed him only if the player is really lucky.

He's not that difficult, if you've got solid defence or some multi-hits.

Its damage is kinda low compared to other elites at that level, so if you have some solid defenses you can tank through it.

On the Silent, you can also spam a billion shivs per round and kill it fast (before dying to thorns the next fight, which is why it's important to build a balanced deck).

Silent shivv, after image and two turns resistant blocks.

Met it twice, beat it both times. Don't remember it being particularly difficult.

Maybe it was your deck. If all you have are a few very strong attacks, you'd be in trouble. With attacks that hit multiple times and powers that trigger multiple times per round, you can kill it many times faster.

This was only issue for very few of my builds.

Silent... well. Thousand cuts, shivs, 0 mana attacks, wraithform? You generally have those, and this is not an issue.

As Ironclad, you could have barricade to tank him, boomerang strike(high strength build), double tap, bash+Dropkick+duel wield infinite combo.

Hmm...

I just had a run with The Silent where I Perfected both of the first two bosses and only took 5 damage on the last boss, and Nemesis did manage to deal 11 damage to me. Though that was on an early turn, while I was setting up, and I finished the fight with more HP than I'd started with.

I guess, if you get lucky drops, everything's easy.

I think the 40 damage every other turn is a bit excessive. I feel like iron clad can't generate that kind of block even with full block build

All the people saying 'well, you should just have specifically these cards to beat this boss'. Kinda BS that you have to build an entire deck around defeating one of the elites, especially as ironclad. High attack decks work fine and I like playing them, but then you just happen to come across this guy and just die without any chance of winning.

For silent it's very important to buff up dexterity in hard enemies / elites / bosses. Prioritize for Footwork or dexterity potion. Don't overdo your deck with attacks. One ideal ratio is 60% blocks while keeping your deck <25 cards by the end (Act III final boss). The issue I find with silent is at the beginning and especially if you meet Hexaghost as Act I final boss when the damage output is still low.

EDIT : Again for Silent, I find the hardest enemies those that buff up every turn leaving you few turns to set yourself up. On that note I find tough types like Hexaghost (feeling your deck with burns and high damage every 5 turns), Donnu and Deka (buff up every turn) and others that are very aggressive from the get-go.

He's up there with snowballing, atm I think the Slime Boss is actually worse. You can have a "good" deck but still get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over due to his Wound card generation.

Slime boss can be tricky especially if you split him at exactly 50% hit points and have a tough time dealing with the mini slimes.

Nemesis is really bull crap, ironcald with full armor build and 12ish cards, ended up dead with about 32 cards in the deck. The burn cards need to fizzle after dealing the damage or make tangible reduce 1 attack then fade out for the turn, similar to curl. really annoying elite, id rather have the slime boss as an elite over that thing.
