that entirely depends on the deck. if you don't understand their viability, that means your only seeing some deck types as viable. you should stop in at the slay the spire discords voice channel some time, and enjoy a lecture on card balance and deck viability :p
feel free to name some that for feel are weak. and don't be a smart ass and name ones that are clearly arch type demanding, like catalyst.

Some Store Cards are strong, but their high prices make them crap.Save your money for card remove service.
Block Warrior needs too many key cards.
Crap will reduces the probability that you draw key cards;
The reason why I call them crap :
1,They are replaceable. For Strength Warrior,Sword Boomerang is the only damage card you need.Without strength, deal 18 damage is nothing different from dealing 3 damage.
2,They cost energy, but do nothing at all. They're just too weak.

I never said that the library should be full of OP cards. The strength of a card is relative to other cards and monsters. But in current version of this game, relatively to monsters, more than 3 to 4 cards are too weak. You can pick up those cards as many as you want to weak your deck and make you defeated by monsters. If you only pick up cards mentioned in my Card Library and control the number of cards in your deck ,you can stab the heart 9 out of 10 times.Useful cards are too few,and too strong. Most of the time, after I defeat a monster, the reward is crap or useful card I already have. You think this has meaning?
Numerical rebalance of all the "crap" cards will sort out the deck-managing part for alot of folks though, I can agree on that.
Which cards you think are bad?Name it.
More then half the cards you listed are actually fine as they are, you just dont know how to play this game properly to use them, I dont know what type of card games you've played before but I can probably say with certainty that you've never been high rank in any other card game.
This sort of nagging attitude and whining doesn't belong here.
Defend/Strike and Bash/Neutralize aren't part of the "Card" library since you always start with them.
All cards are replaceable by something depending on the type of deck you are building, that is a fact.
IF you have limit break in your deck, but no strength boosters its a CRAP card. Replaceable.
IF you have catalyst but no poison cards offered to you, its a CRAP card. Replaceable.
IF you have infinite blades or other shiv spawners but never get accuracy they are CRAP cards. Replaceable.
That is alot of IF and BUTS and CRAPS alltogether.
Do you see where I'm going with this?
Not all cards that you state that are good are good by themselves and not all cards that you state are crap are actually crap.
This is a deck BUILDING game, not a "I'm always gonna take the best card no matter what" type game, that is narrow minded thinking and you shouldn't be spouting such nonsense.
You seem to be stuck in strength clad and poison silent, and you probably go for those builds every single run, which shows your ignorance.
You dont even try and take the effort to explain why the cards are crap, you just state that they are crap for no reason.
You've played the game for 10 hours, what sort of authority do you think you have stating these baseless facts?
Ugh, rant over.
Defend, crap card any defensive card is better but it's a starter and you can't get more
Strike, crap card any offensive card is better but it's a starter and you can't get more
Bite, health regen is rare, being able to regain hp during fights make you able to cast offering and such without a permanent downside, it's awesome.
Anger, needs endless top to be really useful, comboes with Rage
Armaments, upgraded it increase the efficency of all your cards in your hand by 30-50% and give 5 armor, for slim decks it's not needed, comboes with searing blow.
BodySlam, mainstay of a defensive fighter, cost 0 upgraded so you can armor up 3 times and still cast it, it's awesome.
Clash, does great damage for 0 mana with no downsides if you don't pump your deck full of skills, works great with iron wave.
Cleave, whirlwind light, not a great spell but not bad either
Clothesline, gives weak, that can reduce damage by a lot, works better in decks that use metallizie as their main defense.
Havoc, great spell used to play demon form for free together with war cry, plan ahead or headbutt, or if you got your key cards in your hand simply to use a random card in your deck.
Headbutt, awesome attack, make you able to chain rampages often killing anything, or getting other strong cards back to your hand,
Heavy Blade, deals stupid damage due to the 5x str multiplier, needs some str buffer to be worth it though.
Iron Wave, the holy grail of a juggernaut build, deals damage & gain armor for a respectable price.
Perfected Strike, great for fat decks suck with slim ones.
Pommel Strike, is good if you're going for a anger build or something else that require heavy card draw.
Thunderclap, don't like this spell personally, i'm sure it has some good use but feels too situational.
True Grit, great spell slims your deck down, can remove statuses & armor you for a respectable amount
Twin Strike, works nice in str builds since it's directed damage, also works with perfected strike
Wild Strike, works great in evolve decks since then the wound become a positive rather then a demerit and it deals respectable damage.
BloodforBlood, best used with brutality and dual wields, deals nice damage for 0 cost most of the time, it's great
Carnage, etheral attack that cost 2 make it hard to fit in in many attack rotations making it clunky and exhaust too often for my liking
Combust, dislike it since i don't think 4 dmg is worth 1hp, and too slow to help in most combats with several enemies, yepp this one is actually crap.
Corruption, one of my favorites, makes me able to get rid of all skills so i can clash stuff & i get free armor, fight is over in 3 turns then anyway so it's awesome.
Disarm, good spell but i usually rather kill things then debuff them.
Dropkick, cycle spell, can make you deal infinte damage if used right.
Entrench, is the way to push defensive builds and body slams beyond the norm and just slam things for 200 dmg+
Evolve, make wounds card draw is like the sweetest power there is i always take it and upgrade it if possible, make me able to ignore many nasty enemies and i can get the other wound causing spells & fiend fire to brutalize enemies for 135-200 damage.
Feel No Pain, this spell is what made me get a one kill turn on deca and donu, it makes exhaust cards more powerful and hence easier to fit in your rotation.
Fire Breathing, anger build card, generally weak.
Flame Barrier, kills byrds and many other things way too efficently, works great in defensive builds.
Ghostly Armor. 1 mana 10-13 armor is a great price and 10 armor is almost always useful so it's well worth the downside.
Hemokinesis, 18 dmg for 1 mana, basically 2 strikes in one card for 2 hp, yea i can live with that it kills enemies fast so they can't hit you more.
Infernal Blade, too random for my liking byt decent with corrution
Intimidate, great early game spell to cut damage before you have additional energy, find it too weak to usually fit in my deck though, but it's not a bad card.
Metallicize free 4 armor every turn is nothing to sneeze at, make you get away with just blocking once rather than twice to block all damage making it easier to focus on offence.
Power Through, clogs your deck without evolve, but with evolve it's awesome.
Pummel, this spell needs str buffs to actually be useful but with them it's stupidly strong
Rage, needed for anger decks since they roll almost only attacks, it's situatioal
Rampage, needs headbutts or super slim decks to deal insane damage
Reckless Charge it's risky and usually just used to round up fights during the turn enemies buff themselves, so too situational for my liking
Rupture, works with brutality as demon form lite that gives card draw.
Searing Blow, yes an attack for 2 energy that deals 100 dmg+ is crap, yepp yepp......
Second Wind, for evolve decks ot it's useless.
Sentinel, since i use true grit extensivly it's basically just 2 more energy give me extra whirls with whirlwind.
Sever Soul, also known as bad fiend fire, but can be used repedatly, good for evolve decks but generally crap.
Shockway, 5 turn weak and vulnerable is really strong, can save you and make you deal 50%+ damage for 5 turns is a respectable amount, but it's expensive to cast so can be hard to fit in.
Uppercut, don't underestimate weak, cutting a enemys damage by 25% is nice, it's crap un-upgraded though.
Whirlwind, bread and butter great spell, especially for str builds.
Barricade, clunky but once you have it up you can usually start steam rolling your enemies.
Berserk, one more energy/turn is bad how?
Bludgeon, super clunky, require defense to be handles by either your enemies being dead or metallizice.
Brutality, card draw is always great
Dark Embrace, since exhausting cards is great this card can make your deck cycle quick it's really nice but usually unneeded.
Demon Form, clunky as hell, hard to play without cheating it out.
Double Tap, upgraded aweosme, or together with exhaust spells like Reaper.
Exhume, infinite exhaust cards yes please, it helps exhaust builds run like clockwork.
Feed, yepp having whatever max hp you want at the final boss is crap, building up 999 is time consuming but not hard, require a duel wield though if you wanna do that.
Fiend Fire, great spells for burning all the crap strikes and defends in your deck to keep drawing your good cards, works even better in evolve decks since then you have your entire hand filled.
Lmmolate, immolate is also a evolve deck card really, find it a bit hard to use well to be honest.
Impervious, 40 armor for 2 energy, i'd totaly play a spell for 1 energy that gives 20 armor with no downside, works best in barricaded decks since then the surplus carries over.
Juggernaut, just play defensive and kill everything?, stupidly good card, boring though since if you get it early it's basically an auto-win of the run.
This game is not only a deck building game but also a rougue like game.
I judge whether a card is crap in three ways.
1,It's effect.
2,It's synergy system's effect.
3,It's price(If it only shows up in store).(Compare it's effect and price with "Remove a Card".)
IF I have limit break in my deck, but no strength boosters,I must be too unlucky to pick one since there is so many strength boosters in this game.
IF I have catalyst but no poison cards offered to me.Is it so hard to pick one?
IF I have infinite blades or other shiv spawners but never get accuracy they are CRAP cards. If I get Accuracy, they still are, cause shiv system is crap.
Not all cards that I state that are good are good and not all cards that I state are crap are actually crap.Yeah, nothing is absolute. If your purpose is to survive, most of the time, they are what I said they are. After you getting an infinite blades, how much chance you have to get an Accuracy? If you get an Accuracy, how many damage it can deal, can it kill an elite? If you take Accuracy first, but you don't have shiv spawners,Accuracy is totally useless. This happens a lot on early stage of the game.If I have limit break, but no Flex, I can use Inflame. If I have no Limit Break,I can use Duel Wield to dublicate Inflame. If I have no Inflame,I can use Spot Weakness. Those cards I mentioned form a synergy system. It's most powerful system for Warrior. You can win without other card's help. It's 100% can be build, unlike Block Warrior.
I just want to play shiv system. It's fun. That's OK.But I'm not interested in it.It's not my purpose. You can strike final boss to death if your silent's Block system is formed. In my eyes, they are just different damage output ways, why not choose a strongest and most direct one?You think that's narrow minded, maybe you can get fun from it,but I can't.You said half cards I listed is fine.Ok,name it.I think most of they are just some weaker damage output ways or their synergy system can't even kill an elite without other system's help.
Totally speaking, homogenity cards are too many and synergy systems are unbalanced.Homogenity cards should be unbalanced, but not synergy systems.
For example,Block IronClad has special damage output card:Body Slam. It's powerful when it's built. But many key cards are not easy to collect. And it's weak when you are building.Shiv system, too weak.Vulnerable system has too few synergy.
What's your definition of "high rank"?Of course I'm not some high rank card game player.I don't play much of it.The last card game I played was Hearthstone two years ago.Arena average 7wins at that time.Nothing else.
