Lore-wise theres more than 1 portal anyway.
All advisors rankX is easy. Theres plenty of time unless you play on high difficulty and have to use long rests to clear stat penalties one point at a time (difficulty option to clear them all at once in 1 rest)
Pretty much just dont overuse resting all the time and its really easy.
Strat: always prioritize advisor upgrades, never regions. Spend BP on tier 1 towns (no upgrades) to speed up stat progression so you can constantly upgrade advisors or unlock regions.
./done
Capturing a region and leveling up advisors locks you up for 14 days each. There are 10 advisors with 10 ranks each, just maxing out all advisors would take 1400 days of being locked out of gameplay. Let's not forget the absurdely long curse investigations, basically none of which I have had the time to assign advisors to.
So pretty unclear what it actually does.
The time isnt all that limited tho and you can afford tanking one or the other event along the way and lategame you can use the rank X ones to push arcane and divine stats if you need them (due to the lack of bonus points from clearing events)
Although devs also fixed level 15 feat for acrane sorc last fix, but that class simply dont work from level 1. So adding more meaningless curse researches or the whole idea still not working wouldnt be beyond them
They should have left the kingdom upgrade quests still achievable after you finish the game. Same with the Magical Prison quest. There's no time to go around the entire map killing all the enemies with them giving you constant penalties to all stats. What a disappointing way to end the game.
