  1. Enable Texture Caching
    • Set its limit to 8192, because this game's design keeps texture loaded way longer than most
  2. Restart your game
  3. Click D3D11 Render Mod Tools

The Live Texture View is the only one you are interested in, that other stuff is technical data and you can collapse the views to get a cleaner UI here.

Live Texture View allows you to populate a list of all the textures used in the last frame drawn, you do this with the Refresh Textures button, and you can limit the data to visible textures or all textures.

Once you've got a set of textures in that list, you can cycle through them quickly by pressing [ or ] .

Let me know if you have any problems with this part, I'll discuss injecting the modified textures once I know we're good here :)

I install the Nvidia DDS plugin but....i cant see any T.T you know what is the problem ? and Thx for the reply!

And what did that texture look like in-game?

You may be trying a format that NVIDIA's DDS Plug-In doesn't support. D3D11-only formats include DXGI_FORMAT_BC6H and DXGI_FORMAT_BC7. If you showed a screenshot of the texture you tried to dump, I could easily tell you if that's the problem.

https://image.ibb.co/eL4VXx/Test3.jpg that for example, then i need to use the GIMP ??? or you know any dds plugin for photoshop cs6 ?? (x64bits)
Kaldaien Mar 17, 2018 @ 4:50pm
Yes, that format is nothing special, all software that handles DDS should be able to use it.

GIMP is what I use, I know for sure that once you get a plug-in to import DDS textures for it, it will work. It does not work without an add-on plug-in.

I've dumped several textures. However, after I edited the texture using photoshop. I do not know how to export it. Mine does not work in game after inject. What settings should I used for the .dds export? I've tried several settings but does not seem to work
