Moralist vision quest - Sunday Friend Location?
I've already met the Sunday Friend at his apartment on day 2.
The smoker told me he's somewhere on the coast, but exploring everywhere (including the Fields building and execution spot) hasn't revealed him

It's the other building/boardwalk south of the Feld building. The one with the firing squad vision.

He's supposed to be at the far right of the execution boardwalk, standing near the benches.

Yeah, this is where I found him. He was standing to the right, near the edge of the boardwalk.
