I'm writing my third guide to this game (I'm just a bit in love with it):
A list of good cop / bad cop points for the "Kim loves / hates you" achievement.

Only starting out, so feel free to contribute. In particular, I can't track my points during the initial conversations with Garte etc, due to not having the ledger, so if you know what adds either type of point as you start out, let me know.

Both types of points require Kim to be present during the action, naturally.

Good cop points:
Recover the Bel-Magrave in the Doomed Commercial District basement
Say “I think he’s dead” and every single one of the following dialog options (+5 points total if you go back through the dialog to get them all) when looking at the hanged man.
Note the odd-sole in the footprints around the hanged man.

Bad cop points:

Insist that your memory loss constitutes a medical emergency.
Lick the booze stain next to the passed out worker at the hotel
Knock out Measurehead and say you may attack him again.
Hit up Sileng for a bribe to improve relationships with the RCM.
Get down with racism when talking to the racist lorry driver.
Mention to Joyce that Evrart is helping you find your gun.
Ask to know more about Kim and call him a binoclard
Call Silvie, ask why she hasn’t reported the murder, medium Half-Light check to call yourself her god.
Wear Rene’s clothes and talk to Gaston about it.

Oddly, trying to shoot Cunoesse and the follow-up conversation with Kim after the racist driver don't seem to give any bad points.

I stupidly examined my ledger every way BUT the one that unlocks the stats until fairly late into the game, so by the time I could finally view my numbers I was already ~40 points into good cop, but I would assume that doing drugs or booze also adds to bad points and/or negatively affects Kim's opinion of you. i'm assuming cigarettes don't count, since he's a smoker.
For good points and/or gaining Kim's respect, doing the side-investigation of the dead man on the pier yourself and seeing it through would be a good boost, I'm guessing.
I think I got most (or all) of the sidequests done by the time I checked, and my general impression is that Kim is willing to put up with pretty much all of your eccentric and wacky nonsense as long as you don't do blatantly unethical or unprofessional things. You'll usually be warned (either by Kim himself or by one of your skills - usually Esprit de Corps) when you're about to do something that would cause irreparable damage to his opinion of you, like giving Cuno drugs. But there's also some morally grey choices where he'll say that he's not happy about it but he can see that there aren't many options, which is his way of saying he won't hold it against you. (the gigs for Evrart and Joyce fall in this category, and I think choosing what to do with Klaasje also fits the bill)

Basically (and I'm not guessing, though I still don't have every bit of data) - it's when you're doing a "brilliant but wacky detective that gets RESULTS dammit" shtick that he's willing to put up with a lot of ♥♥♥♥.

It's when you're going with a dumb, brutal, intolerant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, who is outright out of control, that Kim really looks down on you.

Good cop points:

Discover the remains of your party at the harbor, pass an Inland Empire check.
Pass the composure check after Evrart tells you about the lost gun.
Investigate apartment 10 for the cleaning lady
Say you would have confiscated the hubcaps too
Say sorry that Kim has to sell his hubcaps
Convince the book store owner to bring her daughter inside
Opening Cuno’s shack?
Whistle a tune as you wait on a swing
Suggest a funeral for your cop car when talking to Lilienne
Talking about his car – mention the specific engine specs.
Talk about the Cop-Off with Kim and suggest you’re an experimental cop, and this is just how you approach cases.
Pass a logic check about the Cop-Off, ask Kim whether you were sent as a joke
Ask about the case, whether Kim thinks it’s mysterious, say “white male in his 40’s”.
Talk to Billie about her dead husband. You probably get more points for being empathetic, but even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up gives you 1 point.
Don’t give Cuno drugs.
Name the case in your ledger – ask Kim about his pens but stick with your pencil (+3 points total)
Look at the autopsy form in your ledger before conducting the autopsy (triggers as you start the autopsy)
Autopsy – recover your badge beforehand, and make sure you’re listed as the arriving officer. Pass Conceptualization check to add *Moral* to the story. Pass a Physical Instrument check to list his height as 1.85. Find the bullet and offer it to Kim as a gift (+2).


Bad cop points:
Insist that your memory loss constitutes a medical emergency.
Lick the booze stain next to the passed out worker at the hotel
Hit Measurehead and say you may attack him again.
Hit up Sileng for a bribe to improve relationships with the RCM.
Get down with racism when talking to the racist lorry driver.
After the talk, Kim asks you if you meant it. Say you did, push further with a Rhetoric check, and say you have a responsibility to future generations.
Try and fail to steal the Frittte poncho.
Tell Evrart you don’t care about your gun – he can keep it.
Mention to Joyce that Evrart is helping you find your gun.
Ask to know more about Kim and call him a binoclard
Call Silvie, ask why she hasn’t reported the murder, medium Half-Light check to call yourself her god.
Ask Roy how much you sold your gun for.
Ask Elizabeth “what are you going to *do* to me”
Check out the coin-operated viewer and tell Kim that you dig organized crime
Tell the cook “we speak Revacholian” (requires the fascist thought)
During the phone call to Girard, tell him you’re ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ his wife and keep going.
Fail to make Isobel sign Evrart’s contract, then threaten her.
Get Pyrholidon from the pawn shop owner
Make the deal with Cuno and say you’re a bad addict cop
Talk about the Cop-Off with Kim and say you’re a hero cop who’s been sent to humiliate him
Talk to the Frittte shop girl about her magazine, and say it’s “very futuristic”
Look at the Kras Mazov bust in the apartment building, call him a deviant.
Doing speed and telling Kim about it
Give Cuno drugs (-2 points)
Try to name the case, steal Kim’s pen, and deny the name he decides on.
Review your badge – “Putting up with my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because I’m your superior” and “I don’t want to get better, I want to get worse”
Autopsy summary – “this man was murdered by seagulls – I don’t like this game”.
Wear Rene’s clothes and talk to Gaston about it.

Let Kim handle telling Joyce about the drug investigation.
Don’t play along with Siileng’s finger-guns.

Review your badge – “Putting up with my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because I’m your superior” and “I don’t want to get better, I want to get worse” (+2)
Autopsy summary – “this man was murdered by seagulls – I don’t like this game”.
Wear Rene’s clothes and talk to Gaston about it.
Make up a random serial number for the hanged man’s boots, then tell Kim you’re a psychopath when he questions you during the autopsy.
During the reality lowdown, ask Joyce about what she is and whether she wants to ♥♥♥♥
Fail the authority check with Acele (regarding the hat) and talk to Kim afterwards.
Ask Acele about where she got the mic (not Mike) and tell here you have a problem with ♥♥♥♥-sexuals.
Try to use the pyrbar to enter the church and succeed in the Physical Instrument check.
Pass the Encyclopedia check for the window in the church, say you like the new RCM logo as it “puts the fear…”
Evict Soona from the church
Fail the authority check when trying to get Kim to dance.
Refuse to apologize for failing the authority check - “getting bent out of shape over a word” (-2) + “Don’t really need you anyway” (-1)
Steal the hanged man’s boots, wear them, and talk to Kim about it.
Find the loophole in Evrart’s contract after getting the genuine signatures, and go “♥♥♥♥ these people”.
Insult Easy Leo
Pass the conceptualization check with Tommy, go “♥♥♥♥ the police”
Share the drug investigation info with Joyce.
Tell Joyce about speedfreaks FM (Kim’s fav radio station)
Connect Titus to the drug trade and tell him you’re on drugs right now.
Tell Kim to “blow her away” during the confrontation with The Pigs.
Insist on leaving the confrontation.
Confiscate her narcotics (have to know about Pyrholidon) and say nothing.
Talk to Easy Leo about Elizabeth and tell her he called her a “death machine”.
